At Home Instead, our Caregivers have one-to-one time with their clients, leading to consistent care and meaningful relationships. When providing home care, you will assist seniors with their activities of daily living. You may provide personal care, such as dressing, bathing, or grooming. Caregivers also provide meal preparation and light housekeeping to their clients. Your dedication will help seniors age in place with dignity, love, and compassion.

We are also offering a $500 Sign-on Bonus to new hires. Care Professionals will earn $100 of the bonus after working 80 hours and earn the other $400 after 90 days of employment with Home Instead. Get rewarded for your hard work when you join our team!

Requirements to be a Caregiver:

• Have a passion for caring for others
• Ability to assist clients in their home with activities of daily living
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
