Caregiver Descriptions and Responsibilities:
Caregivers will provide care to clients and residents by providing physical support for patients and/or residents such as:
- Reinforcing personal hygiene. This includes bathing, dressing, and continence management
- Following the plan-of-care geared to fit the needs of each individual client
- Ensure patients or residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies, and food preference
- Facilitate the performance of day-to-day activities that emphasize both healthy habits and healthy lifestyles
- Work one-on-one with clients to build relationships and assist in tasks that help them maintain their independence as much as possible
Our caregivers are caring and compassionate, interested in in personal and professional growth, and enjoy helping others. Our candidate will conduct herself/himself with professionalism and garner a keen understanding of how to effectively communicate with clients and staff. Prior experience as nursing assistant preferred but not required.

COVID-19 Safety:
In response to the ongoing pandemic we are taking every precaution to keep you safe by acting in accordance with guidelines from the Florida Department of Health and the Center for Disease Control and providing all caregivers with ample Personal Protective Equipment, including gloves, surgical and KN95 masks, gowns, face shields, hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
- CNA License or 40 hour/75 hour Home Health Aid Certificate
- CPR/AED Card
- First Aid Card
- Current In-Service/Continuing Education Certificates
