We are looking for high energy and caring individuals to serve as Caregivers. We are a fast-paced and team-oriented group of people that is also very close-knit. We have a positive office culture with tons of opportunities to socialize as a team at work and outside of work. We consider our Caregivers as the keystone of our business, providing much needed services to seniors and their families struggling to keep their independence daily. We are seeking caregivers who have level II, III experience with both men and women whether personal or professional and have a strong availability for unlimited shifts, Monday through Friday and/or Weekends!

Work Hours

• Minimum of 20 hours a week availability!
• Full-Time Hours available!
• Shifts vary each day, during the week, with weekends and night to morning shifts.
• Immediate positions for Vallejo morning caregivers!

Work Location

• Open positions are in Vallejo, Fairfield, Dixon, Vacaville, Napa and Rio Vista.
• All applicants must reside in Solano County

Compensation

• $18 to start! Plenty of opportunity for over-time, which can provide up to $27 an hour!

Position Summary

From basic companion care to more integral personal care, our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. This includes assisting with toileting, showering, incontinence care, transportation, and meal preparation. They also may work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.

• Able to treat clients with the highest level of respect and professionalism.
• Willing to take on additional responsibilities and assignments willingly.

• Shows respect to Always Best Care employees and customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• At least one year of personal and/or professional experience working with seniors in a home setting.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance with applicant listed as the driver.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills
• Two references required.
• Proof of a TB test taken within the last 90 days showing clear results.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus as assigned by management.
• No COVID vaccination required.
