Coordinates career services activities for assigned college, majors and programs; advises undergraduate and graduate students regarding career development; develops relationships with employers to connect students with full-time employment, internship and job-shadowing opportunities; and assists with the Job & Internship Fair preparation and execution.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required.
Required Qualifications:
At least one year of experience in career services, recruiting, or human resources required.
Desirable Qualifications:
Master's degree; experience advising college-level students; experience advising business majors or similar in career planning and exploration; knowledge of technical software systems including Handshake/Symplicity and Qualtrics; and/or ability to collect, analyze, and report First Destination reports, meeting NACE standards preferred.
