Care Coordinator Role At-A-Glance:
- Pay: $45,000+/year

Essential Duties + Responsibilities
- Relate to clients and care staff with sensitivity to the unique needs of the individual
- Manage caregiver and client schedules
- Routinely engage clients with the goal of exceeding their expectations for consistent care and prepared caregivers
- Routinely engage caregivers to determine scheduling availability and provide needed support
- Promptly communicate to clients and caregivers any and all changes in scheduling
- Process client billing and employee payroll
- Participate in caregiver appreciation events.
- Complete other general office functions
Educational Background/Knowledge/Prior Experience:
- Human services background or strong desire to help others is a plus
- BA/BS related field is a plus
- WellSky (formerly known as Clear Care) experience is a plus
- Scheduling experience is a plus
- Ability to be a team player
