Care Coordinator Role At-A-Glance:

• Pay: $45,000+/year

Essential Duties + Responsibilities

• Relate to clients and care staff with sensitivity to the unique needs of the individual
• Manage caregiver and client schedules
• Routinely engage clients with the goal of exceeding their expectations for consistent care and prepared caregivers
• Routinely engage caregivers to determine scheduling availability and provide needed support
• Promptly communicate to clients and caregivers any and all changes in scheduling
• Process client billing and employee payroll
• Participate in caregiver appreciation events.
• Complete other general office functions

Educational Background/Knowledge/Prior Experience:

• Human services background or strong desire to help others is a plus
• BA/BS related field is a plus
• WellSky (formerly known as Clear Care) experience is a plus
• Scheduling experience is a plus
• Ability to be a team player
