Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills

As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for generating new sales by prospecting and nurturing existing customers.

• Sell new and used automobiles.
• Approach and assist potential new customers who come to look at cars in the showroom.
• Keep lists of customers and contact them regularly to see if they are ready to make a new purchase.
• Discuss the cars in the showroom, see which ones interest their customers the most, and then emphasize the features they think will make the car attractive to a particular buyer.
• Know the details of financing to help their customers make arrangements for loans.
• Must be able to figure the trade-in allowance that can be given on an old car against the price of a new car.
• Negotiate with the customer over the final price of the car.
• Perform administrative duties relating to contract administration.
• PC Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and other office machines.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
