The CCB Capital Stress Testing Program Management Office is part of CCB Finance and manages the Risk Appetite, Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR), and the Material Risk Inventory for CCB. The team manages deliverables, understands and tracks progress, issues and risks, as well as provides holistic updates to executive management on a regular basis. The team coordinates the CCAR deliverable across all CCB Sub-line of businesses within CCB (Consumer Bank, Business Banking, JPM Wealth Management, Chase Auto, Home Lending, and Credit Card). This includes coordinating the execution of Internal Risk Appetite (Quarterly), CCAR submissions to our regulators (Annual), remediation of existing MRIA/MRA issued, and driving improvements / re-engineering of our Finance forecasting processes through automation and providing & ensuring a well-controlled process.

In this role, you will be leading multiple projects that are complex, cross functional, cross lines of business programs and have significant impact on the businesses. Projects have high visibility and you will gain great exposure to multiple businesses within CCB. You manage a team to provide oversight / change management services to Finance / Risk teams, CFOs, CROs, and Controllers. You will be involved in business forecast processes (Capital Stress Testing / Risk Appetite ), analyze the reasonableness of stress results, articulate issues with action plans, and identify opportunities to enhance the process.

Job responsibilities

Act as Stress Testing lead & liaison with Sub-LOBs, and Corporate and Others (i.e. Finance / Risk leads, Corporate Capital Stress Testing , Y14A reporting, Internal Audit, Business Control Officers, Model Risk Governance & Review, etc.)

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans for capital stress testing and forecast automation initiatives
  • Create executive presentations that summarize plans, progress, and issues/risks or address ad-hoc requests
  • Influence & analyze capital stress testing results by working closely with Finance / Risk stress testing teams and CCB P&A Analytics lead
  • Drive improvements and consistencies across lines of businesses in the various forecast processes
  • Participate and enhance Controls/Risk environment in various forecast processes
  • Articulate Federal Reserve Board and Corporate guidance / instructions for each line of business
  • Provide timely updates and escalate material issues noted at lines of business level
  • Interface and coordinate across teams from Credit Card, Home Lending, Business Banking, Consumer Banking, and Chase Auto (i.e. PMOs, Finance Planning and Analysis teams, modelers) management teams (i.e. CFO/CRO, Risk / Finance Leads)
  • Organize and maintain documentation centrally for CCB so it is easily accessible for future references and regulators

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Bachelors' degree in Finance, Accounting or other technical fields
  • 10+ years of relevant work experiences in a related finance function
  • Proven leader with strong work ethic and interpersonal skills able to work well in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Candidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week. The specific schedule will be determined and communicated by direct management.
