Position: Canvassing Manager

Duration: Contract

Location: Seattle, WA

Job Description:

· We are looking for passionate individuals interested in working as Canvassing Manager and building a career in Sales and Marketing.

· Our client is a leading provider of high-quality patented gutter systems that provides unrivaled protection to millions of homes nationwide.

· Our client is scaling its marketing and sales operations to expand its customer outreach.

Your potential responsibilities would include: ·

· Coordinating and executing logistical operations of canvassing functions including supervision and participation in door-to-door canvassing, scheduling, and coordinating travel to meet daily key performance goals.

· Educating homeowners about our exterior home remodeling programs and scheduling appointments with qualifying candidates.

· Monitoring and maintaining the supply needs of the canvassing team.

· Training, coaching, and developing the canvassing team.

· Tracking and analyzing sales/marketing statistics based on key quantitative metrics

At least 2 years of experience in the following qualifications and skills is required:

· Canvassing / Door-to-Door Sales.

· Leading and coaching a door-to-door team.

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide 5-star service.

· Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing environmental conditions such as hot, cold, humid, etc.

Work Hours:

30 hours a week (Mon -Thu: 2 PM – 8 PM Local Time and Fri: 10 AM – 4 PM Local Time)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
