As a Sales Representative, the job is to maintain excellent relationships with your retailers while working strategically to increase revenue.

We imagine sales force as dedicated, self-motivated individuals who are constantly hunting for the next customer that they can help be successful. Fulfill all sales tasks including gathering and processing information so jobs and projects can be processed accordingly. Travel extensively for prospecting purposes and customer visits.

You would be promoting budtender education and enthusiasm, achieving reorders, etc. You will also be tasked with establishing new accounts to increase the footprint of our brands. Consistent account visits, sales calls and cold calling are a requisite for success in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Hit new retail store targets and deliver growth targets for existing accounts.
• Comply with all laws and regulations of the State, municipalities, and WSLCB
• · Maintain strong, long-lasting customer/vendor relationships inside the I-502 industry
• Strong business acumen, able to spot the trends and opportunities.
• Deliver a coherent message when in territory and inspire commitment and enthusiasm for the brand.
• Attend industry events in support of selling/marketing opportunities. This includes trade shows, grass roots events and local retailer events.
• Extensive but fun travel within the region, up to 50% of the time
• Create a partnership relationship with manufacturing & distribution partners, both current and potentially new partners
• Ability to work independently is necessary, think and act like an entrepreneur

Requirements:

• One year in Cannabis sales with established relationships
• Ability to understand and positively influence relationships with distribution and manufacturing partners
• Hunter mentality with positive, upbeat personality, we are looking for people that will support an impressive culture
• Reliable and Trustworthy
• Work well with others
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to smile and have fun!
