Noble Farms, an established brand, widely recognized for unique genetics and high quality flower is looking to add a seasoned sales VET to the team. We have recently undergone a major facility improvement allowing for a dramatic increase in flower quality.

As exciting as this sounds, it has created a problem for us... People are falling in love with the new flower and the orders are coming in hot and heavy! Pair this with the wide net that has been cast and we need help getting the flower to where it needs to go (all corners of the state!). Sounds simple enough, however we are not content with simply "dropping off" orders and collecting payment, we strive to deliver that next level of service at every drop. This is where you come in:

-Showing Jars -Gathering Feedback -Growing Relationships -Asking the Right Questions -Capturing "add on" sales -Social Media -Repping the Noble Brand -Scouting New Business -Landing Shelf Space

• While it is not critical to be a Rockstar at each of these, you must be able to hold your own on all of them. (and probably be a Rockstar at a couple!)
• If you don't have your own vehicle, insurance, and olcc card, move on.
• If you bring a solid work ethic and a killer sales instinct, keep reading
• Floor price is $1800/lb with many specialty strains hitting above that. The pricing is set by management, adjustments can be made in certain volume based situations. If you can't move weight at this price point, move on.

• We have a bonus program for every new account brought to the table, so brush up with your buyer/intake contacts and hit the ground running!
