Job Title: Call Center Representative

Duties:

• Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.
• Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.
• Other assignment as necessary.
• Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Skills: 1 year experience and Bilingual (Spanish Required)

Schedule Notes: Onsite either @ Bellevue, Lincoln, Elmhurst or Jacobi

Shift timings: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM EST

Minimum Degree Required: Completed High School

Hours Per Day: 8.00

Hours Per Week: 40.00

Days Per Week: 5.00

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: $29.00 - $31.00 per hour
