Job Description:

Provides daily supervision and direction of help desk (inquiry response) responsibilities and activities. Oversees help desk and directs contractor-programs related to agency information dissemination. Provides first-point-of-contact troubleshooting computer equipment. Maintains documentation of help desk activities. Prepares reports and participates in planning meetings.

Must have relevant experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
