Job description

We are looking for someone who loves meeting new people, talking on the phone and making people happy while designing Edible Arrangements that look just like the picture. Only smiling, happy faces please. Will spend most of time making warm calls and taking orders.

Four people needed

This position is not in a call center but in an actual Edible Arrangement store.

This is an assignment that will begin Monday May 7th and ends May 18th for some. Some shifts start as early as 7:45 am and some end as late as 9 pm.

***If you work all your scheduled hours and days and stay until front of store is clean then you will receive an hourly bonus of $3.00 for the hours worked on Sunday May 14th if you work from 7:45 am to 8:00 pm.

***We will provide food for lunch and dinner from Friday May 12 thru Sunday May 14.

***No phone conversations or watching of videos on your phone while on the clock.

***Will be paid by direct deposit only on Fridays. Pay week is from Sunday thru Saturday and paid on following Friday.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to past guess to tell them about current offering.
• Make calls to recipients to inquire about their experience and get them to give reviews.
• Pass guest to other store employees when they want to make an order.
• Develops enthusiastically satisfied Guests all of the time.
• Welcomes and connects with every Guest to provide excellent Guest Service.
• Builds long-term relationships and builds the trust and loyalty of Guests.
• Manages difficult Guest situations in a calm and professional manner.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working in Guest Service or food service establishment preferred
• Excellent Guest Service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to sell and up-sell products
• Positive attitude
• Enjoys working within a team
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Drive and determination
• Desire for personal and professional growth
• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
