Our client, a leading healthcare call center, is urgently seeking professional and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their team for swing shift hours. They are looking for an immediate start.

Position Details:

• Contract to Hire - 6-month+ contract with the potential to become permanent
• In-person in Boston, MA
• Full-time hours with opportunity for overtime

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift between the hours of 10 am - 9 pm
• Must work one weekend day of your choice per week
• 2 days off per week - other weekend day, one weekday

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from customers to answer questions
• Resolve account issues or discrepancies
• Email customers as needed to follow up on account status
• Data entry and note taking on customer questions or needs

Requirements:

• 2 years experience working in a call center or within reception
• Strong communication skills - written and verbal
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (no booster requirement)
