Calibration Support Engineer(Battery Electric Vehicle)

  • The activities considered are: Calibration; Validation, and Logistics/Fleet Support. The results expected are completion of development tasks, data analysis and post-processing.
  • The calibrator will develop and verify calibrations within the following functional areas: Powermoding, Thermal management, LV/HV Charging Calibration
  • The calibrator will have proficiency in functional algorithms and the ability to perform vehicle testing to achieve calibration maturity at each of the vehicle milestones of the program.
  • The calibrators will work closely with the center of competency to review both issues with functional area, integration, and follow guidance for calibration best practice and methodology.
  • The calibration engineer will require proficiency in calibration tools: ETAS/INCA, Matlab, Simulink, Vector as well as various platforms that interface with Dyno testing as well as HIL.
  • The calibration engineer will have the ability to work 2nd shift to support extended testing
  • Valid Driving License to operate and test development vehicles.
