We are seeking a dependable and experienced Cage Supervisor to join our team at a well-known hotel and casino in Lake Charles, LA. The Cage Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Cage Department, which includes cash handling and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the Cage Department

• Ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed and all transactions are accurate

• Oversee the training and development of Cage cashiers

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise

• Maintain and reconcile financial records for the Cage Department

• Monitor and maintain the security of the Cage area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a cash handling environment

• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of casino industry regulations
