Job Summary Our Installers use company provided vans and tools to pick up, deliver, and install custom designed cabinets, vanities and more. We utilize company provided CAD drawings\blueprints to install our systems properly and efficiently.
Attention to Details for this role : Do you have strong woodworking skills, an eye for detail, and cabinet refacing, cabinet installation experience? We’re looking for the right candidate who can assist in installation of cabinets and crown molding that are both practical and aesthetically pleasing for the customer and one who maintains a high standard of quality, finish, all the way through to the completion of installation at the job site. Cabinet Installers will use their experience and are responsible for the perfect quality of installing cabinets. The person in this position will also deal with customers at the job site. Installers must be competent in using potentially dangerous tools, such as table saw, miter saw, circular saw, nail guns, levels, drills, impact drill following all safety precautions. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and possess an appreciation for artistic sentiment and material expression.

- Install roll-out trays in cabinets
- Experience in cutting moldings
- Experience installing crown molding
- Experience applying wood veneers & laminates (psa & using contact adhesive)
- Experience assembling & installing new cabinetry
- Experience installing organizational hardware- lazy susans, tilt out trays, waste systems, etc.
- Full-time, Monday through Friday

- Minimum one year of experience as trim carpenter, finish carpenter, cabinet installer, mill-works installer, wood floor installer, wood-shop worker, or similar job within the carpentry industry
- Must have safe experience using a table saw, miter saw, circular saw, router, nail gun and common hand-held and power tools
- Knowledge of proper securing methods to various wall types
- Able to read blueprints, CAD, ect.
- Minimum of one year in customer service. We provide a unique customer experience and need people who can produce detailed custom work while delivering top notch customer service
- Clean driving record, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to pass a DMV driving history background check
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. over head
- Must be drug-free, honest, responsible, reliable, trainable, easy to work with, a strong communicator and take pride in your work with great attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment or alone
Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
Perfect attendance/ show up to work on time
Excellent customer service skills with ability to build rapport and communicate in a friendly, professional manner
Able to use Smart phones
