Job Description

Byproducts - Quality tests run on various by-products manufactured including daily hull samples received from mills.

Sample and analyze bagged products for compliance with customer specifications.

Properly maintain and calibrate Near Infra-Red machine.

Sample/Analyze products as requested by Rice Co-Products or management.

Arrange transportation and location as directed to dispose of all excess hulls, Chicken feed, & (-80) which requires employees who are licensed to properly drive trucks.

Job Duties

• Make contact with area landowners who will take the excess product and properly dispose of them to meet EPA and ADEQ regulations. (Complete associated paperwork for disposal of product)

 Keep file samples.

 Quality Assurance sheet regarding all outbound By Product loads

 Of all inbound defat bran and full-fat bran

 Rito & Rice Co-Products Rodent traps

 Rito Insect Trap reports

 Cleaning schedules (update as necessary)

 Fire extinguishers

 End-Of-Month Product Disposal report

 Rito & Rice Co-Products Electrical Usage report

RICELAND

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED plus specialized training and/or additional college courses and two years of related experience and/or training; and a minimum of 1-6 months of experience.
