Busser/Dishwasher - Full-time - Starts at $19.00/hr

SUMMARY

Millie’s is an amenity to our Gaming guests, and our goal is to provide the best service and dining experience in Central City! The busser/dishwasher facilitates food service by performing the following duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· The Busser should be in the Front of House for some of their shift greeting guests, escorts them to tables, and providing menus.

· When the server needs assistance take beverage orders and deliver beverages to the guests as soon as possible upon seating.

· Alert the server that will be taking the table that they have new guests, and whether or not the drink order has been fulfilled.

· Assist server in delivering the food order, and in pre-bussing tables as needed.

· Frequently circulate through the restaurant and tend to anything or any guest that needs service, including, but not limited to: replenishing beverages, clearing empty plates from tables, picking up straw wrappers, trash, etc.

· Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.

· Wipe table tops and chairs with sanitary cleaner & damp cloth or paper towel. Move all tabletop condiments, salt & peppers, to make sure to thoroughly clean the entire table. Wipe down chairs, booths, and any areas that appear dirty to always provide the customer with a clean eating environment.

· Sweep and mop the floors as needed, and cleans up spills if necessary.

· Stock glassware and silverware frequently so server has plenty for efficient guest service

· Pre-wash/rinse and run loads of dishes through the dishwasher as needed. Re-stock plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. when they are clean and sanitized in their designated areas.

· Follow recipes and procedures put forth by the kitchen supervisor to complete daily food preparation tasks.

· Put food orders away in the walk-in and freezers per directions and diagrams; rotate stock and date items

appropriately.

· Performs miscellaneous tasks as determined by Manager or MOD.

· Set up the next shift for success!
