Position Summary
CEI is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in both information systems and business administration for the role of Information Systems Business Analyst. The IS Business Analyst is responsible for enhancing the quality of Information Systems' products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising between the Information Systems department and the business groups.
- Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches.
- Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
- Enhancing the quality of Information Systems products and services.
- Enhancing the quality of Information Systems products and services.
- Analyzing the design of technical systems and business processes.
- Utilizing Information Systems data for business insights.
- Analyzing business needs.
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
- Producing reports on application operations and implementation.
- Running A/B tests and analyzing data.
- Analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Information Systems, business administration, or related field.
- 2+ years in a technology-driven role.
