We have a
NEW position as a
Business Support Analyst in Columbus, OH who will provide daily support to business operations, tools, and products with a growth opportunity to become a Senior Business Analyst. This team member will learn to provide direct support to our CFO and collaborate with practice and company leaders in day-to-day activities, support business processes, generate reports and provide documentation as needed to facilitate business goals.
This is a hybrid role to work in the Columbus office and remotely at home.
Primary responsibilities comprise of…
- Time and Expense Administration – Create new users, projects and facilitate approvals
- Contract Administration – Review, file and report on contract status
- Operational Support – Perform various operational tasks that during a customer lifecycle and monthly close
- Analysis and Reporting – Source, compile and interpret data
- Serve as initial point of contact for support of assigned tools
What you bring to the team…
- B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration, or relevant work experience
- Ability to think critically, ask questions, and analyze complex areas
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and written skills
- Self-starter with a passion to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
