Business Process Analyst
Job description
We are currently accepting applications for an opening in our Business/Technology Department. We are looking for a technical savvy, motivated individual who is a team player and can take initiative to support multiple software programs and systems.
The Business Process Analyst supports day to day execution of system maintenance and operations including SharePoint, Billing System, and Financial System, etc. Coordinates test environment, strategies, and quality management tools to ensure appropriate results prior to implementation.
Provides and performs technical support of laptops, mobile devices, desktop hardware, videoconference equipment, and printers; Plans and executes minor system upgrades by coordinating test environment set-up, strategies, and quality management tools to ensure appropriate results prior to final implementation.
This is a full-time, hourly position working in-house and remotely 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday; extended hours during Meetings, Emergencies, or as work load requires. Application Review upon Receipt.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working knowledge of programming languages and strong technical experience in relational databases; Develop business process workflows; Proficiencies in Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, VISIO; Technical writing skills including grammar, punctuation, and proofreading; Analyze complex problems to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions; Create systems solutions based on developing a deep understanding of business needs and processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
