What You Will Own in this Position

• Performing reconciliation of all patient balances
• Assisting patients in resolving billing issues
• Understanding insurance language to communicate details to the patient

To Be Successful

Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes and a minimum of 3 years in the healthcare setting are required. Our team works closely with various insurance portals. Tell us about the wins you have had to help your customers!

Experience with Meditech Magic or Expanse is a plus.
