How will you contribute to the team?

• Implements the financial requirements of the JV subcontract.
• Manages all task releases issued by the Client.
• Provides task release responses to the Client and include specific tasks and pricing for all actions.
• Tracks all task release activities and develop monthly accruals and invoices for the Client with appropriate backup data and evidence.
• Tracks task release modifications for both scope and/or funding.
• Declares completion and final closure of task releases.
• Develops weekly and monthly project reports.
• Subcontracts Technical Representative (STR) weekly report for Client.
• Tasks Release weekly update and waste container summary for Client.
• Monthly report for Client.
• Provides input for the Monthly Metrics (Performance Indicator Report) for the Client.
• Atkins weekly highlights.
• Atkins Monthly Tier-2 Report.
• LATS JV Subcontract Quarterly Board of Directors Meeting.
• Interfaces with LATA and Atkins Financial Representatives
• Provides Atkins and LATA with monthly revenue and cost forecasts thru the calendar year including Base Work and Task Releases.
• Incorporate project monthly forecasts with LATS JV financials.
• Tracks JV project actual cost versus forecasts.
• Develops/Tracks Atkins internal project budget and forecast.
• Produces Atkins monthly project financials and incorporate into Tier-2 Reports identified above.
• Develops Requests for Equitable Adjustments (REAs)
• Supervises project personnel to include Project Controls, Procurement, Records, and Document Control.
• Designs work schedules and/or organizes employee training.
• Resolves employee and client issues.
• Consults with internal and external clientele.
• Ensures the work facility is safe, and free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.
• Works with outside vendors to maintain necessary business supplies.
• Meets certain project schedules or ensures deadlines are met.
• Ability to mitigate conflicts that come up with meeting deadlines.
• Ability to maintain good working relationship with executives and other managers.
• Ability to foster a good team working environment.

What will you contribute?

• Requires Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, project controls, cost control, scheduling, and related services in support of operations and maintenance activities.
• Experience dealing with DOD/DOE waste contracts is preferred.
