BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
First Service Bank, named in Arkansas Best Places to Work in 2020, 2021, and 2022, is expanding its Conway Market sales team. First Service Bank is now accepting applications for a full-time Business Development Officer in Conway, Arkansas. The successful candidate for this position will acquire new customers by calling on existing and / or prospective clients to build new business, produce growth in business income by selling business products and services, develop relationships with referral sources, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. The successful candidate will be active in the local community.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing superior customer service and would like to work with a professional team in a dynamic and growing banking environment.
Candidates must possess at a minimum:
High School diploma or equivalent- Strong sales lead generation skills
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- A driving focus on reaching sales goals
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines simultaneously
- A talent for meeting new individuals and serving the public
- Good computer skills including, being digital-savvy
Must have own transportation for regular sales calls. An allowance for transportation is provided.
Bachelor’s degree in business or business-related field, sales, and/or banking experience preferred, but not required.
Must be available to work evening and/or weekend hours to attend community events to promote First Service Bank.
