Job Summary:
To improve the MIND Center's market position and achieve financial growth with potential and existing MIND Center clients and partners. To build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. To serve as the liaison with internal stakeholders, as well as mid and senior level executives at client sites.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and five (5) years business development or client relationship experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to enhance relationships with business partners, comprehensive analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, demonstrated experience in managing large scale, cross functional projects, human capital leadership experience, proven success working independently.

- Cultivate relationships with MIND Center's clients and partners at the state level.
- Improve the MIND Center's market position and achieve financial growth.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management to highlight the organization's unique selling proposition and differentiators.
- Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships with current customers.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the MIND Center, including competitors.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met.
- Present business development training and mentoring to internal staff, stakeholders, and UMMC providers
- Ensure up to date understanding of the company's goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company's performance.
