Your Day to Day at Leo Fortis Title:

We are looking for an organized, detailed-oriented individual who will be capable of performing tasks independently after receiving the highest level of training. You should have the following and be extremally comfortable performing the daily, day to day tasks.

• You consider yourself an astute professional looking for the best agency, with uncapped commission and bonus splits to house your business.
• You are looking for the best back end team in the industry.
• Be able to multi task from an email, to a phone call, to a CRM, to an email etc. Rinse, recycle, Repeat
• You are a problem solver and if you cannot solve the problem, you fully know and understand management is here for YOU and will help get you the answers to questions
• Be coachable and willing to learn. What seems hard today is hard only because you do not know it or part of the job hasn't been taught to you correctly. At LFT we are your mentors and pass down the information through experience we have already gained.
• Willing to grow into additional responsibilities within our agency.
• Be versatile and caring on a day to day basis and constantly be striving to better yourself and our business in hopes to be promoted
