Well established litigation firm with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orange County seeks an experienced business/civil litigation attorney to join our team in Los Angeles/Orange County. We offer a close team work atmosphere with lots of potential for growth. In office or remote. Responsibilities: This position requires legal research, drafting of motions and other pleadings of sophisticated nature, as well as preparation of discovery. Attorney will appear in court, take and defend depositions and attend mediations/arbitrations and trials. Attorney assumes responsibility and involvement for his or her cases, developing a strategy (with the team) for the case from inception through trial. Flexible working environment.

Requirements: 7+ years of business/civil litigation experience, excellent organization skills with a high attention to detail. CA bar license.

Successful candidates must be a team player who are able to pursue projects to completion with a minimum of input or direction, take creative initiatives in supporting the team, and work effectively on a variety of simultaneously active matters.

Salary depends on experience.
