Summary of Job Description:
The Building Ops Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and oversight for the Support Center building and staff. This position oversees receptionists, maintains the maintenance schedule, and arranges for products and supplies for the Support Center. The Building Ops Administrator supports and executes Support Center building initiatives and special projects, working with other departments and vendors.


You’ll get a chance to:

  • Provides administrative support and oversight for the Support Center building, including overseeing the reception area and staff and training Receptionists.
  • Filling in as Receptionist as needed.
  • Takes badge photos for new hires as part of their onboarding.
  • Sets up the maintenance schedule and ensures scheduling calendar is updated with new work orders and work order close outs.
  • Completes and submits expense reports on a timely basis.
  • Arranges for products and supplies for the Support Center. Builds strong relationships with vendors.
  • Maintains the inventory on supplies throughout the building.
  • Supports building initiatives and special projects at the Support Center, working with other departments and vendors to complete time sensitive projects.
  • Helps design cubicles and office remodels within Support Center, planning seating charts with departments.
  • Assists HR with the Support Center carpool initiative.
  • Provides Building Ops support for special events held at the Support Center.
  • Coordinates communications and logistics/set ups across Security, Janitorial, Receptionists, and Maintenance for special events and PLC.

Your background & experience:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of building operations experience
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training
  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied, or digital completed vaccination card that includes name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.

Pay Range P2: $30.50 - $43.00 / Hour

  • Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
