WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Budtenders are responsible for interacting with patients, listening to their needs as well as potential health concerns & providing appropriate product recommendations. Budtenders must have the drive to want to help the general public and possess(or want to possess) the cannabis knowledge to understand what our products do and how they may help. Budtenders must also be able to speak clearly with the ability to articulate product knowledge to all types of patients.

Budtenders should possess some form of previous cannabis knowledge - We will train you on all of the in's and out's to become successful but it is much easier to train you when you already know a little bit more about cannabis than the average person. We have over 600 products in store and it is very important you know the difference between each product and how they can be used/sold.

Budtenders should also possess some form of retail POS - CASH handling experience. It is very important that you can appropriately count cash/coins and be able to provide the correct change back without issue. Budtenders should also be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time as some transactions may take up to twenty, thirty minutes each.

Budtenders are also expected to perform other job related tasks during downtime such as packing prerolls, running deliveries(if you'd like), managing inventory, cleaning, etc.

Your daily duties may include but are not limited to: Greeting all patients, listening to customer needs, addressing potential health concerns/risks, providing product recommendations, checking out and finalizing sales via register, packing prerolls, playing with weed :)

Budtenders tip out 20% of daily tips to receptionist but able to leave with cash tips everyday, no waiting for or pooling of your tips.

Periodical raises offered to those willing to work for it.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
