Looking for a budtender to bring positive, welcoming energy to the sales floor that will help customers feel invited, seen, and cared about as we believe in providing top notch customer serivce. Are you a type of worker that is always driving to exceed expectations? How well can you actively listen to what a customer is looking for? How often do you ask follow-up questions to ensure you understand the customers needs and wants? This is what we are looking for in a budtender: reliable, personable, passionate, someone that loves helping others, punctuality is a must. You must have a reliable vehicle. Thorough knowldege of cannabis is a must as you will answer customer questions and make recommendations every day.Understand that you will be the customers number one source for making purchases during their time at Buddies. Solid sales experience or customer service. Someone looking to grow with our company. Dress code is enforced.
