Cozy Corner restaurant in Oak Park is seeking a line cook that HAS experience to work 5 days a week including all weekends and holidays. Schedule may require applicant to be able to work 6 days on occasion and or possibly on a permanent basis.

Skills and Requirements:

• Applicant MUST have at least two years experience in the kitchen and not just the back of the house, as this is a very fast paced environment that demands prior experience.
• Applicant must be able to make soups when needed.
• Breakfast experience is a plus
• Weekends are busy along with holidays, so employee must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays and 3-4 days during the week.
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask.

The menu is around 70% breakfast items and the rest lunch items. Pay is based on a 5 day work week, applicants experience and performance.

Restaurant is open from 7 to 3 so hours are revolved around those times. Start time is 6:30 and closing expect to be done usually around 3:30+/-
