Retail Onboarding:

  • Make contact with the store manager to introduce yourself as the regional promotions associate. Sales manager to provide retailer list.
  • Go over existing store promotions that the store likes to implement on a monthly basis. These promotions can be for in-store Patient appreciation Days or P.A.D. 's as it is referred to in the industry, staff events, budtender spiff programs, and any additional promotions that the retailer might suggest.

Retail Relations:

  • Schedule in store promotions for monthly schedules. P.A.D.’s (Coordinate with Sales Manager for qualify stores)
  • Update monthly P.A.D SALES REPORT. This is an company generated excel file that will be issued from the active sales manager. This report should be updated daily to ensure effective data collection for management review. You will be provided with a number counter to keep track of the promotional sales. Email weekly report to sales manager every monday for week prior events. Suggest any changes you see occurring in the field for promo changes, other brand promo’s, any consumer trends, ect.
  • Confirm with the store manager prior to any P.A.D. that they have enough promo units in their inventory for the upcoming event. This task should be performed the week prior to the schedule P.A.D.’s. To ensure no gap in inventory and to give distribution enough time to deliver if necessary.
  • Additional responsibilities will be reviewed on a quarterly basis as this potion continues to evolve.

Visual Merchandising:

  • Take pictures of existing product displays in store and email to the active sales manager for review.
  • Once the product display has been approved by the sales manager at each store visit make sure that our product is being displayed in the approved fashion. If a product is not being displayed in the approved fashion please notify the sales manager so they can address the situation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
