Opening: Part Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager
City: Tacoma, WA

We are a locally family owned engineering firm that prides themselves on providing the best consulting in the Puget Sound. We prioritize our clients needs and focus on strong communication.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The job responsibilities will include bookkeeping in QuickBooks, working with several online applications (Gusto, Pipedrive, QBO, etc.) for maintaining electronic records, working to set up projects in our project accounting system (currently BigTime), getting set up to do work with new clients (contracts, W-9s, insurance certificates, etc.) sending invoices to clients on a monthly basis, and ordering supplies and keeping office supplies stocked.

THIS WILL START OFF AS A PART TIME ROLE. 20/HRS PER WEEK
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
The successful candidate will be experienced in several areas in general office management and administrative work. Knowledge of the engineering business is a plus. Notary Public is preferred to occasionally provide notaries for client submittals.
