Position Overview
This is a part-time experience-level administration assistant position that requires written and verbal communication skills and ability to work both independently and as a team. A successful candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, detail oriented, well organized, and has the ability to maintain business relationships with our customers.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing payroll documents, preparing account receivables, and preparing files for submission at end of the month. Company training is provided.

Administrative Duties:
- Sorting and sending mail
- Running errands
- Answering and routing phone calls
Financial Duties:
- Creating spreadsheets on MS Excel
- Processing payroll
- Billing
- Purchasing
