Job description

Here at US Automotive Inc., we are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper/Accounting to process routine bookkeeping, maintain financial records and send out monthly reports to our financial advisors. This includes working closely with our CPA'S to create and analyze financial reports. Our ideal candidate is efficient with QuickBooks, Gmail, and google drive/spreadsheets/doc/etc. The candidate should also be able to multi-task in day-to-day operations from answering incoming calls to helping walk in customers.

Responsibilities

• Enter data, maintain records and financial statements.
• Process daily emails reports to catalog incoming statements.
• Miscellaneous office and administrative tasks.

Skills

• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Data entry skills along with some knowledge for numbers.
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency in Google site, QuickBooks Online, English and in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Job Types: Full Time Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay Dependent on Experience

• Bookkeeping: 1 year
• QuickBooks Online: 1 year
• Accounting: 2 years

Pay: $18.39 - $19.60 per hour
