Bookkeeper

Pay: $18-$20 an hour

Shift: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, some OT may be required

Location: Fenton

Requirements:

• Manage Outlook inboxes
• Order/maintain office supplies and inventory for both plant and headquarters
• Update customers and Vendor information in Copper/IMS/QB
• Work in IMS: Sales Orders, posting inventory in/out, keeping project notes updated
• Work in QB: Sales orders/Packaging slips, Customer invoices, Expenses/Grand Ledger, Vender bills/credits, Create and send reports
• All other bookkeeping duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
• Nicotine free employer
• Strong Communication both Written and Verbal
• Proficient in MS Office Suites, QuickBooks, IMS, and computer navigation
• Previous experience as an Accounting Clerk/Bookkeeper
