Job Description -
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple franchise restaurants and activities of team members to ensure all tasks are being completed.
- Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and productive.
- Take pride in all parts of their work, ensuring successful operations on every shift to exceed guest expectations. Know how to inspire a team with Energy & Enthusiasm.
- Must have a strong personal presence, be involved and work daily to develop your staff.
- Place weekly orders and ensures stores are stocked with appropriate levels of product.
- Maintain a high standard of quality with regard to product, people, sanitation and safety
- Be able to address and solve employee related concerns that occur on your shift and communicate issues of higher importance to AGM/GM.
- Responsible for the delegation of work to meet all restaurant needs and Goals.
- Deliver superior guest service – Always strive for 100% guest satisfaction
- Conduct on the job training for all team members.
- Assigns work tasks and activities, participates in preparing schedules, and ensures that all shifts are covered
- Manage the use and improvement of all systems, policies and procedures developed by The Grove Inc. / dba Eegee's Restaurant our Partner company
- Ensures that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with brand or company standards.
- Analyzes and manages financial results of the units to ensure maximum profits are balanced with guest and team member satisfaction
- Consistently provides direct reports and/or indirect reports with support, coaching, and encouragement necessary to achieve business goal
- Ensures all equipment is in good working order and schedule repair services as needed.
Requirements:
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly as well as posses common sense.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Availability to work all shifts. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to lift, push or pull 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with staff, customers and peers.
- The Shift Manager is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast paced Quick Service Restaurant, all of our Sandwiches are made "Fresh to order" in front of our guest (passengers).
The Shift Managers will be directly responsible for the daily supervision of all activities within the location. You will have the opportunity to be part of a New Restaurant Opening @ Sky Harbor Airport - Terminal # 4 in early May 2023.
You must open availability, 7 days a week to qualify!!.
