Boat Sales Associate

Annual Compensation: Salary based on experience + commission

Located on beautiful Lake Wawasee and Syracuse Lake, Main Channel Marina is a full-service marina offering comprehensive sales and service to thousands of customers.

Are you looking for a challenging career with high rewards? If so, Main Channel Marina is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate.

Sales Duties Include:

· Full knowledge of product line, standard and additional options, as well as electronics packages.

· Show units on the lot, on water, at boat shows, or at off-site displays.

· Gaining a commitment to buy from prospective customers.

· Oversee the delivery of the unit sold.

· After the sale customer follow-up.

Sales Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Professional appearance, outgoing personality, punctuality, ability to follow directions, and the desire to learn our process are prerequisites.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

· Experience working in CRM systems, a plus.

· Experience with marine environment or automotive environment is preferred.
