Job Description
- Provide ongoing support for students
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Write, maintain, and oversee the development of behavior support plans
- Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum student progress
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Collaborate with other BCBAs and all campus leadership teams
- Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
- Consults with the interdisciplinary team on the behavioral components of the ABA programming at school.
- Participates in team meetings and assists with the development of IEPs and progress reports
- Consults with and trains staff as needed
- Consults with and trains parents as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Qualifications, Requirements and Skills:
- Classroom experience highly preferred.
- Masters degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individual and/or unit wide behavioral programs
- Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
- At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred
- Master degree preferred
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required
