Potential Inc. seeks a dynamic, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals providing services to Adult Program participants in Bucks County. You will help adults with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, and/or Autism to reach their full potential by identifying functions that maintain problem behavior, developing behavior-analytic interventions to teach replacement behaviors that improve communication, and teaching adaptive ways to integrate into the community with the goal of reducing behavior that impacts the ability to participate in the community.

Schedule - 11 hours per week to start with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to grow to full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Experience with developing individualized behavior support plans using functional behavior assessment tools
• Identify and select appropriate methods of data collection
• Actively participate in ISP team meetings, ensuring a person-centered approach to care
• Conduct and document staff training on how to implement the behavior support plans including techniques, required documentation, behavior interventions, etc.
• Document individual's progress and assesses interventions and collaborative services
• Review and revise behavior support plans as indicated by the individual's data, progress, and service needs
• Provide crisis management services as necessary
• Complete monthly and quarterly progress reports on behavioral goals
• Work with adults ages 21 years old and older with varying service needs

Job Requirements

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• At least 1 year working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
• Pass mandatory background checks
• Valid driver's license with proof of up-to-date car insurance and registration
• Reliable vehicle for transportation
• Willingness to commute throughout Bucks County
