We are seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team in Warrington, PA!

Pay: $55,000 annually

Responsibilities:

• The Billing Specialist will have the responsibility for maintaining a system of internal controls related to processing, analyzing, recording, billing and reconciliation of accounting transactions in relation to processing transactions within the accounts receivable and revenue functions
• This includes processing transactions within general accounting functions, business processes, reconciling account balances, and the resultant financial statements
• Maintenance of accounting controls and procedures
• Perform collections following up on past due accounts
• Create and review purchase orders
• Vender management

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in billing and accounts receivable
• Experience in a service-industry preferred
• Microsoft Office Suites Proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
