WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Billing Specialist, you will be working in the administrative office doing the billing for all locations.
- Process bills for customers
- Apply payments
- Contact patients on accounts regarding questions or payments
- Work with explanation of benefits, claims and co-insurance
- Update and process claims through company insurance portals
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Medical billing or health insurance experience preferred
- Will consider someone with administrative experience in a business setting
- Computer/tech savvy
- MSWD, Excel & Outlook skills
- Strong customer service skills over the phone
- Accountable, take responsibility and take pride in the job they do
- Team player

Hours: 40 hours per week between the hours 7:00am-5:00pm
Length: Direct Hire
Pay for the Billing Specialist position: $19.00-$21.00/hr. based on experience
