Overview:

MINT dentistry is seeking highly skilled Orthodontic Billing Coordinators for our Irving, TX office! The Dental Billing Coordinator is primarily responsible for helping patients and supporting the operations staff by handling patient billing. Like all our positions, the Orthodontic Billing Coordinator is crucial to ensuring our patients have the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

• Call patients and set up payment arrangements
• Send out demand letters
• Monitor Orthobanc reports
• Collect insurance checks from patients
• Send patient statements in cases that are warranted
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 1 year or more of Orthodontic patient billing experience required
• Cloud9 experience
• High-school diploma or equivalent
• Determination and persistence in billing patients
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively with a team
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and anticipation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs as required
