Job description

We are seeking a dynamic billing assistant who will join our repossession office staff. This person will use multiple software to bill our clients and digitize documentation, answer and direct calls, make appointments, inventory our lot, and handle our automotive key vendors.

The perfect candidate for this position will:

• Work efficiently within all elements.
• Handle pressure well.
• Answer and complete phone calls in an efficient, friendly manner resulting in the best outcome and completion of requests.
• Responding promptly to clients and customer billing issues
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to complete orders promptly resulting in successful invoice payment.
• Ensure that all billing of services is completed in the correct time frame and pricing information.
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed regarding tasks and follow-up.
• Support a team environment through a positive attitude, creative ideas, engaged communication, and the ability to follow directions from the manager.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following all guidelines.
• Thrive in a very relaxed office atmosphere.
• Think outside of the box.
• OCD is very helpful.
• A positive, open, and upbeat attitude is a must.
• Prior automotive repossession office experience is helpful but not a must.
• Familiarity with Excel and or Google Sheets is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
