Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Intake and Onboarding Paralegal

As the paralegal in charge of intake and onboarding for debt resolution cases, you'll make a real difference in people's lives. With your attention to detail and thoroughness, you'll ensure that all paperwork is accurate and complete. By providing support in preparing bankruptcy cases and keeping our files organized, you'll help streamline the legal process. Your commitment to our values and passion for helping others achieve financial success will create a friendly and supportive environment. Bilingual Communication:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Able to effectively communicate with clients in both languages, providing a personalized and comprehensive experience.

Intake and Customer Service:

• Able to engage with potential clients, conduct intake interviews to assess the viability of potential cases.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills, building rapport and addressing client needs effectively.
• Facilitate the intake process by helping clients sign the services agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
• Follow up on payment arrangements and manage payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of contract signing and payments, customer interactions, and contract details.

Onboarding and Documentation:

• Skilled in preparing and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains organized client databases and assists with conflict checks and file opening procedures.

Case Management Support:

• Assists attorneys in organizing case files, managing documentation, and maintaining case calendars.
• Coordinates meetings, hearings, and other case-related activities with clients.
• Assist clients with the electronic signatures process and with connecting to online conferencing platforms.
