I. OBJECTIVE / GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• • Primary Function: Beyond Beer Sales Representative– establishing, managing, and delivering on targets other than beer with wholesaler sales team.

II. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve quarterly volume and distribution goals for Elite Club portfolio
• Build inventory levels using forward-looking DOI/growth assumptions
• Commitment to maximize testing of new AB pilots / innovation
• Leverage AB provided tools, i.e., W&S truck wraps
• Establish weekly KPI routine with wholesaler sales team
• Account segmentation to ID high potential accounts

III. SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish FMB/W&S programming that is ‘ahead of the curve’
• Ex: Executing Cutwater freeze pops program on-premise in H1 2021
• Lead weekly KPI routine with wholesaler sales team
• Provide significant feedback to local AB feedback
• Marketing – developing custom local brand programs
• Misc. Support – conducting internal reviews, etc.
• Inform Sales Representatives of any sales opportunities.
• Follow all other company policies not specifically outlined in this description.

• QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience/Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft office 365
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance, creating favorable public image and maintain proper conduct.
• Must be able to bend, lift, sit, squat, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Capable of driving a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
