An established hospital located near West Plains, Missouri is seeking a full-time, permanent Benefits Coordinator to join their team!
The Benefits Coordinator Job Opportunity:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri, day shift
- May require some OT for projects
- Great administration team!

- Human Resources - Benefits Specialist will assist employees on group benefit programs including compensation, and insurance
- Selected Benefits Specialist is responsibilities include assisting with overall management and SMS/Kronos of all employee programs to ensure compliance and participation
- Provides reports and audits as requested
The Benefits Coordinator Requirements:
- Must have Associates degree, Bachelor’s preferred
- Must have 1 year Employee Benefits, SMS/Kronos, and HR experience
- Highly preferred Employee Benefits Specialist or Certified Benefits Professional
- Preferred to have previous hospital background, but not required
