Hometown Benefits Group LLC is looking to add outgoing people to our family!

Located in Flushing MI and over 23 years of industry experience. We work with many businesses, individuals, and families. To provide benefit solutions to fit their needs. Offering Health Insurance, Medicare, and Voluntary Benefits.

We are expanding our family and want to add Benefit Consultants to our team.

Benefit Consultants will work to build a portfolio of clients in Health and Voluntary Benefits. As well as the possibility of Medicare.

You must hold a license to sell insurance with the State of Michigan. If you are not licensed, we will help guide you on where to take your pre-licensing classes and where to sign up for your exam.

You will be provided 1 on 1 training to learn every part of the industry and guided to reach your goals!

Responsibilities: You will be responsible for creating leads, contacting leads, enrollments, and paperwork to keep up with compliance. Quarterly review meetings will be held to discuss goals.

Pay: Commission

Pay range is based on an average of what people in this position make, exact amount is based on activity level and enrollment rate of Benefit Consultant.

Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check with the State of Michigan DIFS, Licensed in Health & Accident for Michigan, Licensed in Life for Michigan. Reliable means of transportation.

Must be willing to travel for certain enrollments and to come into the office for a minimum of 3 days a week.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
