Job duties:

• Greet guests as they enter the lobby area
• Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly
• Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services
• Provide guest transportation, as needed
• Provide luggage delivery and/or storage, as requested
• Respond to guest requests including delivery of amenties.
• Resolve guest conflict/challenges through empowerment
• Practice safe driving techniques and obey all state and federal driving/safety laws
• Communicate with Front Desk via radio
• Perform and respond to all other requests from Hotel Management

• Must have a valid Arizona drivers license and a clean driving record with Department of Motor Vehicles.
